Lisa Bussenger is President and founder of Bussenger Financial Group, LLC. She takes pride in being a part of her client’s dreams – at all levels of their lifespan.
Lisa holds her series 65 License which requires her to be a ‘fiduciary’ to her clients, which means she must provide solutions that are in her clients ‘best interest’. Lisa is educated as a Master Elite IRA Advisor by Ed Slott and Company. Ed Slott is Wall Street Journal’s #1 Resource for IRA’s. Lisa is an 11 year member of the Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce. Lisa began working in the ‘retirement planning’ field in 1998 shortly after her father passed away from ‘early’ Alzheimer’s disease. She felt it was important to help other families plan for the uncertainties in life and be better prepared than her family was. She works with both individuals and families in the areas of Retirement and Estate Planning.

Her primary focus is to enhance, and ultimately preserve both her client’s wealth and their estates within each individual situation. Her ability to achieve strong business results in the face of changing economic times is a tribute to the resiliency of her thorough planning methods, and ongoing education, and professional relationships with the top advisors in the country! Lisa helps clients adjust and reshape financial priorities, and have a plan to move ahead safely in retirement. Lisa and her husband Terry of 35 years, live in Cary, IL. They have three children, Kyle 31, Nicole 29, and Brock 26, along with a 10 year old Yellow Lab named Payton. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys entertaining in her home, boating, traveling.
